Tom Green County has partnered with PeopleFund to provide grant funds of $5,000 to $10,000 to eligible small businesses who have continued to feel the impacts of COVID-19 in San Angelo. Many business have continued to face financial hardship due to the pandemic. The Tom Green County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Program is being offered to businesses to help find financial relief.
