Paul Setticasi, BA, is the Director of Recovery Services in the Claims division. Paul has been with ICBC for 20 years, and has held numerous leadership roles in Injury and Recovery Services. In his current role, Paul is responsible for the groups that support customers in their recovery under the new Enhanced Care model. Additionally, he liaises with medical, treatment, and advocacy groups to ensure ICBC is working closely with all members of our customer's care teams.
