On September 30, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education released extensive guidance entitled Return to School Roadmap: Development and Implementing of Individualized Education Programs in the Least Restrictive Environment under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. In this webinar Wendy Tucker, CLE’s Senior Director of Policy, will discuss what the guidance says about critical issues facing schools 18 months into the COVID-19 pandemic.
