Yoga Flow is a style of yoga linking your breath to movement. You will be guided to find poses with cues for breathing.

You can bring more challenge by taking advanced versions of the poses or take more breaks for more restful poses.
To modify poses for individual needs consider using a pillow, strap/belt, block, or folded blanket to support your body.
