Good recordkeeping is critical to the small business owner’s ability to manage their business—and to stay in the good graces with state and federal authorities. You can’t have a business and ignore recordkeeping, especially those related to your income and costs. The U.S. Small Business Administration’s West Virginia District Office will review basic recordkeeping requirements essential for every small business.
