Daniel Einhorn
CEO of Tech7
Daniel Einhorn is the CEO of Tech7, an NGO promoting tech entrepreneurship in the Negev. Daniel's expertise is in Ecosystem Development via innovation and in Tech Communities in cities and regions of 2nd tier. With a BA in business from the Naval Academy\University of Haifa and MBA from Ben-Gurion University, Daniel has also guided many Negev startups, counseling on all aspects of early stage venture building.
Prof. Michael Bar Zohar
Historian, Author, Politician & David Ben Gurion Biographer
Prof. Michael Bar-Zohar is an award-winning author, historian, researcher and politician. He was born in Bulgaria, grew up in Israel, studied in Jerusalem and in France (Ph.D. in Political Science), fought in four Israeli-Arab wars (1956, 1967, 1973, 1982), Prof. Bar-Zohar spent nine years beside David Ben-Gurion, Israel's founder and first Prime Minister. Bar-Zohar became a fervent supporter of peace between Israel and her neighbors, served two terms in Parliament, was a Professor at Haifa University, then at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He represented Israel at the Council of Europe; wrote more than 40 books and a few screenplays. Prof. Bar-Zohar won several awards including the French Academy award, the Ben-Gurion award, the International migration award and was knighted by the President of France as Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.
Lital Kiperman Vaknin
Head of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships @The Peres Center for Peace and Innovation
Lital Kiperman Vaknin is the Peres Centers' Head of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, making sure the center is in pace with the Israeli ecosystem and maintaining the relations between the center and its many partners. She will present the current trends in technological inventions coming out of Israel and the Negev, the affect of the COVID era on the ecosystem, as well as recent breakthroughs in Digital Health. Lital is a business development professional with 13 years of international experience in investments, M&A and strategic partnership management in the Hi-Tech industry. Before joining the Peres Center, Lital was part of the corporate development team of Amdocs, including an acquisition of a company for $224m and prior to that was part of a team who established the international investment arm of Mail.ru group, one of Russia’s largest Internet companies, and acted as a door opener to business opportunities in the Russian market for startups in Israel and abroad.
