WEEKNIGHT WORKOUTS: SOUP'S ON
Join us for the second in our series to help you master the daily ‘what are we having for dinner’ stress.

Soup is a brilliant weeknight dinner option when the weather gets cooler.

Learn the soup basics which will open the door to many more soups. Cook along with Lisa + Natanya in real time to make a Roasted Cauli + Carrot soup from start to finish (which you can eat for dinner or freeze for another day). We will also be starting a couple of other soups which take longer to cook - one with beef/chicken, a complete meal in itself and the other with beans, perfect for cold winter nights.

 You will receive your list of ingredients a few days before the class, and the complete recipes the day before. After the class, you will receive a private a link to the recording.
