An experienced tourism marketing professional, she’s passionate about cultivating business relationships and bringing people together to collaborate on projects. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Melissa moved to PA in 1999. She holds a BA in Communications & Public Relations from Oakland University. Michael Blum (Managing Director @The Yorktowne Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton) Michael Blum will oversee daily hotel operations, total quality management, overall sales, associate development, financial controls, and guest satisfaction for this historic, one-of-a-kind hotel. Blum, who has more than 25 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, most recently served as a Dual General Manager with Intermountain Management and, prior to that assignment, supported as Regional Director of Operations for NewcrestImage Hotels. He has received numerous awards from the Marriott and Hilton brands for associate development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Meagan Given (Executive Director @White Rose Leadership Institute) As Executive Director for the White Rose Leadership Institute, Meagan leads Give Local York, York County's Big Give Day, which has raised $15 million for hundreds of York County nonprofits over the past five years. Previously, Meagan served as the Chief Marketing and Development Officer for Downtown Inc and has been working to build the York community since her return to her hometown in 2010. She is a co-owner of The Pretzel Company, Archetype Pizza, and Roost Uncommon Kitchen and serves on the board of York Day Early Learning Center and the York County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
