Endless hours are spent discussing and picking the perfect name for your baby. You stress and lose sleep over how the delivery will go. You research and register for baby items, hoping that this specific toy, book, miracle blanket or sleep sack will make the transition to parenthood easy. What if you first thought about how a baby is going to disrupt the relationship?

In this webinar you will learn:
- How to effectively discuss role division, sleep deprivation,
and parenting styles.
- How to stay connected as a couple.
- The importance of forming healthy and realistic expectations
of one another and of your baby.
- To listen and manage conflict constructively and guide you
through the pitfalls that parenting brings to a relationship.

This webinar is for new parents and for mental health professionals who work with couples and individuals impacted by the transition to parenthood. It provides a foundation for understanding how your relationship will change post-baby as well as tools for navigating those changes.
