This short workshop will focus on well-being and stress in a time of crisis. The workshop aims to examine the misleading and unhelpful language and thinking about ‘stress’. We will look at the impact this has on our bodies and the frantic freeze response which locks us into a state of anxiety. We will look into how intervening on a physical level can rapidly reduce anxiety and the profound emotional benefits this has.
