Dr. Johnette Magner is a faculty member and Director of Public Policy for the Digital Wellness Institute. She is also an Assistant Professor in Communication at Louisiana Tech University as well as an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at LSU Health in Shreveport.
