The three main Dzogchen Cycles as well as ‘The Mother Tantra’ all include ‘yoga’ practices. Shardza Trashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche combined ‘yoga’ practices from the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud and Atri Cycles into a practical format, and their description is contained in his famous book of Kusum Rangshar (the ‘Natural Arising of the Three Enlightened Bodies’). Geshe Lungrik will base his teaching on the book.
