Octapod Creative Connections Workshop - Cessnock
Do you have a great creative project - but need to find somewhere to share it?
Have a business and want to help support your creative community?

Featuring local artists and business owners Jason Russell (of Koori Colours Art Gallery) and Rebecca Rath, Sculpture in the Vineyards – Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival Director Susan Leith-Miller and more, this workshop shares how artists and community members can create creative connections in their community - from building networks, connecting with businesses and working in collaboration with organisations like local councils and markets.

Step away with access to a digital toolkit of support materials, links and new connections to get your creative connections up and running.

As a special treat, a $20 voucher for a local food business will be included with free registration for the first 15 attendees, enabling Octapod to support local business, and develop creative connections.

_______________
This is a new prototype service currently under development at Octapod. This project is supported by Create NSW

Octapod is pleased to present the following free online workshops series for artists and arts workers across all artforms and creative disciplines. The workshops will be held once for Port Stephens attendees and once for Cessnock attendees, in small group settings with specific information relevant to these communities.

If you leave the session with a great creative business idea, you can build your concept with support from Octapod’s new Arts Development Grants, which will be introduced in this session and are aimed at artists and arts workers in Port Stephens and Cessnock areas.
