Core Surgical Training – Interview Preparation Evening
An evening to inform candidates of what the format CST interviews entails, how to prepare for them with indication of useful preparation materials and experiences/advice from recent successful candidates.

Consultants will also be present to explain the selection process and introduce elements of what is expected from candidates in CST.

Aims:
- Assist candidates with their preparation for upcoming interviews by explaining the format, knowing what is expected of them and providing advice on how to prepare further. This can then all be practiced in a mock interview format.

Learning Objectives:
- By the end of the evening, the candidates should feel more prepared after receiving constructive feedback from practice interviews with awareness of what areas they could improve and materials to support them with this.
