Food, Gambling and Mental Health

Food, diet and nutrition has often been linked to depression and other mental health disorders – problem gambling has, as well. This webinar will explore the possible connection that food and nutrition may have with problem gambling and illustrate ways to add protective factors. In light of the current pandemic, the discussion will also cover ways to maintain physical and mental well-being during these challenging times.
