Masterclass: Decoding Procrastination
"Procrastination is not about self-discipline, internal criticism, or “working on” your weaknesses. Procrastination is a hidden message and when you can hear it, you will be surprised at how useful it is. Whatever we exile in ourselves comes back to sabotage us, so the biggest secret to using your procrastination decoder is to invite your procrastination partners in for a little chat.
The Masterclass “Decoding Procrastination” on January 26 at 9 am MT is going to focus on how to go through that process of finding your three procrastination partners and teaching you all to work together.

Intrigued? Here’s what you will learn:

1. Acknowledging your inner procrastination protector
2. Understanding the role of your procrastination “manager”
3. Allowing your silenced procrastinator to speak

When you have met your three procrastination partners, you will be amazed at how easily you can decode the messages you have been resisting. The result? The ability to say yes or no to a task you previously avoided, then get it done without strain.

This session gives you the framework for the workshop “Transforming procrastination: Solving your inner riddle” offered two days later on January 27, from 9-11 am MT. Information about the workshop will be provided during the Masterclass.
