ACF ChefsForum: From Africa to America and Back Again
Join Chef Kenyatta Ashford, Chef/Owner of Neutral Ground restaurant in Chattanooga, as he takes us on his exploration of cuisine from the African American Diaspora. Chef Ashford is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and was recently was awarded Jean-Louis Palladin Professional Work/Study Grant by the James Beard Foundation that he used to study the cuisines of West Africa and the many influences on African American dishes around the world. This educational and inspirational presentation will include a culinary demonstration as well as Q&A.
