Christopher McKenzie is Partner and Head of the firm’s Trusts and Estate Planning Department. He specializes in advising on all aspects of the BVI’s laws relating to trusts, wills, and estates. Chris is also highly recommended by clients, peers, and industry ranking bodies, and has a broad range of skills and comprehensive experience in BVI laws that apply to trusts, wills, and estates. Chris is a frequent lecturer at international trust conferences and has contributed to all the most important publications on BVI trusts and estates. He is Trusts & Trustees’ country correspondent for the BVI and has also written numerous articles which have been published in that periodical, the Journal of International Trust and Corporate Planning, Private Client Business, and various other industry journals.
Jenelle Archer

Jenelle Archer advises on an extensive range of BVI property, business, and estate matters, including business succession, wills and probate. Paul Dennis, KC

Kings Counsel Paul Dennis is the firm’s senior partner and head of the Commercial Litigation Department. The breadth of his experience as an advocate, since first being called to the Bar in his native Jamaica in 1984, includes a two-year tenure as Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions in that jurisdiction. Since 1993, when he was called to the British Virgin Islands Bar, Paul’s practice has been focused on commercial litigation, corporate insolvency, probate litigation, and shipping and admiralty law. He has appeared in many leading international commercial cases at all levels of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in London – the BVI’s highest appellate court. In recognition of his outstanding accomplishments as an advocate, Paul was appointed one of His Majesty’s Counsel on March 18, 2013.
