Amy Knight

Having founded the firm in 2002, Amy Knight oversees its entire operation focusing on client relations, business development, and IT initiatives. The practice provides complete back office solutions for the home health, hospice, and nursing facility industries. Within these industries, Amy has expertise of how the accounting systems should be designed, so that everything flows efficiently from one system to the next—such as payroll design that effortlessly flows into the year-end cost reporting. Prior to forming her company, Amy spent five years in Oklahoma City with a CPA Firm working in the home care industry during the cost reimbursement and IPP days. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. Amy is deeply involved with the Texas Association of Home Care & Hospice and has served on multiple committees within TAHC&H.
Charity Farnsworth

Charity is a registered nurse with operations experience in agency financial and clinical management, clinical project management, and clinical operations oversight. She served as an executive director and administrator before transitioning to operations support roles for multiple agencies within the same organization. Charity also has experience in business development and marketing to physicians and other healthcare-related stakeholders. Her current role involves business development and oversight of consulting activities for HealthCare ConsultLink’s client agencies, as well as providing direct support for regional and national home care and hospice providers.
Richard Y. Cheng
Partner, Attorney @DLA Piper
Richard is a healthcare regulatory attorney focused on corporate transactions, regulatory and compliance matters. He represents a variety of healthcare providers (e.g. post-acute care providers, physician groups, ancillary providers, dental providers, etc.), venture capitalists and private equity groups. He is certified in healthcare compliance and formerly served as general counsel for a large skilled nursing facility operator.
