2022 LAC Culture of Health Summit

Join us for the Louisiana Action Coalition 2022 Virtual Culture of Health Summit: Navigating Louisiana's Path to Health Equity on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, and Wednesday, April 13, 2022, from 9:00 am – 12:45 pm.

The 2022 Culture of Health Summit will bring together healthcare professionals from all over the state to navigate Louisiana's path to health equity.

This year, the Summit's main focus is the recommendations from the Academy of Medicine's 2020-2030 Future of Nursing report. We are proud to have our Keynote Speaker, Sue B. Hassmiller, RN, PhD, FAAN. Susan Hassmiller is the Senior Adviser for Nursing at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and served as a key member of the leadership team for the report, The Future of Nursing 2020-2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity.

The Summit will also consist of multiple panels of nurse leaders and organization representatives sharing their projects and plans focused on Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health.

We are inviting all professionals, stakeholders and community leaders who are passionate about improving healthcare in Louisiana. Registration fee is WAIVED due to donations from our amazing sponsors and in honor of the Heroes that continue to serve on the frontlines during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Continuing Education Credit for Nurses:
This activity has been approved by the Louisiana State Nurses Association for a maximum of 6.0 contact hours.
