Meatless Monday conducted a survey in May 2020, asking followers in the USA, which pantry items remain untouched and unloved. We will reveal the identity of those items, and how we gathered a community of chefs, influencers and dietitians to provide tips and recommendations on how to prepare amazing plant-based recipes with these ingredients.
