We all know meditation is beneficial but it seems forever on the “someday” list. Waiting for a time when we aren’t so busy. When we aren’t so stressed. When our mind is more clear and less agitated. Forever just out of reach.
Meditation is hard work. But making time to meditate should not be hard.

*** What To Expect ***
As we spend more and more time sitting in front of our computers and phones and tablets, our bodies tend to get increasingly neglected. Each Mindful Monday session will give you a chance to reconnect with your body, to calm your mind, and to awake to the present moment.
Each session lasts about 30 minutes, beginning with a guided body awareness and breathing practice and finishing with a mindful tea service. Each week we’ll be drinking a different tea. You can pick up a bag from our online tea shop (or bring whatever you might have). We’ll wrap up with a Q & A.
