Sexual harassment is not about sex. It’s about power. And the 2020 Australian Human Rights Commission’s Respect@Work report revealed that sexual harassment is widespread. Thirty-three percent of people who had been in the workforce in the previous five years said they had experienced workplace sexual harassment, with devastating impacts.
In light of The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, our upcoming LIVE coaching on November 19 will explore what progress has been made since the Respect@Work report was released. We will speak with organisational leaders about what work has been done - and what work still needs to be done.
Grace Papers founder and CEO, Prue Gilbert, will host the discussion and a live Q&A will run at the end of the event. Panellists will be announced shortly.
Register for the event below and pre-submit your questions for the panel at email@example.com. Or, have your questions at the ready.
