Certification Manager @Women's Business Enterprise East

Yana Massey is currently Certification Manager at WBEC-East. In her role, she assists women business owners obtain their Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification by managing their applications and assisting them throughout the application process. She works hard to provide guidance and feels honored to support women owned businesses succeed and use WBENC Certification in an impactful way. Yana is passionate and excited to see her client’s businesses change and grow after obtaining their certification and it gives her joy and inspiration to be part of their journey. Yana previously facilitated micro-finance training sessions in India and has a passion to support women entrepreneurs all around the world. In addition to her experience with economic development projects, Yana has experience working in a Workforce Development program in the non-profit sector. Yana holds a MA in International Development from Eastern University.
