Join Ester Odermatt to practice the skill of mindfulness! Mindfulness helps us to tune into our body sensations, thoughts and feelings in order to reduce anxiety, stress, low mood, overwhelming feelings and physical discomfort (pain).
The link provided is good for all Wednesday sessions. These sessions are free and open to the public to attend. You may join either online or in-person at our NFHT office in the lower level of the Northumberland Mall in Cobourg.
