Stream Watcher Training - Round 2!
This virtual webinar replaces the in-person classroom training for our Stream Watcher program and is a repeat of the same training we gave in April.

Have you always wondered how you can help your local streams and rivers? Well here is your chance to MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE on your own time and schedule! Become a trained Stream Watcher in the Patapsco and join our team of over 50 trained Stream Watchers who are dedicated to monitor, protect and preserve streams and river sections in the Patapsco River Valley.

Do you have a stream that flows through your property or is close by your home in the Patapsco Valley area? Do you have a favorite walking/hiking spot that runs along a stream or a section of the Patapsco River? Are you concerned about keeping a stream or section of the Patapsco River clean and healthy? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you should join us for our next stream watcher training!

Stream watchers regularly monitor the condition of the waterway for any signs of trouble and help create a baseline of data for the watershed. Learn the tell-tale signs that a stream is in trouble and how to report it, pick up any trash/litter, or if it's too much for one person to clean, work with us to schedule a future group cleanup.

Feel a sense of accomplishment. Make a difference!
