Annmarie is considered a cyber law thought leader, who regularly speaks about cyber and privacy law, and is currently developing a blog to better share her thought leadership with her clients and colleagues. She is also a seasoned litigator, having spent well over 10 years practicing “in the trench” litigation in a wide variety of practice areas. She brings a litigator’s eye to every client engagement, trying to both identify and address potential problems to avoid litigation and set up the best-case scenario should the matter end up in litigation. Annmarie is also an experienced drafter, having spent a little over two years as the Global Cyber Attorney for a large multinational insurance carrier drafting insurance policies, endorsements and other contract provisions.
