***** The Professional Development Series webinar Navigating Change Management: A Model for Understanding & Overcoming Resistance to Change with iMpact Utah COO Chris Hayes has been rescheduled for August 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. We hope you will be able to join us. *****
For most, change is not easy. Change can bring about myriad emotional responses that have nothing to do with how much improvement the change will bring. This session focuses on recent research on how and why people resist change and introduce methods for working with - rather than against - resistance. Participants will be shown a model for seeing beneath resistance to the underlying fears and introduce five steps for accessing people's natural ability to accept, adopt and adapt to change.
