Office for Dispute Resolution (ODR): Overview

As a parent/guardian, you have rights under IDEA for your student who is eligible and/or receives special education services. These rights include the ability to pursue other options if you disagree with your Local Education Agency (LEA). The Office for Dispute Resolution (ODR) provides the resources for families to resolve educational disputes for children served by the early intervention (EI) system, students with disabilities & gifted students. Join us to learn more about the supports and resources they offer!
