FREE online workshop: Financial Recovery from Family Violence (repeat of July workshop)

We are offering a free 2-hour workshop for family violence workers and community workers about:

• Options to help your clients recover from financial abuse
• Your clients’ legal rights against banks and businesses about their debts
• Practical strategies for complaining to banks and businesses
• What free Ombudsman schemes can do for your clients
• How you and your clients can get free and independent financial help and legal advice 

The workshop will include an interactive Q & A session and will bring people from different agencies together for mutual learning -- please share this invitation with your colleagues who were unable to book and attend our earlier workshop in July. We note the contents of this workshop duplicates that of our earlier session from 29 July 2020.We also note the contents of this workshop is not specifically aimed at financial counsellors.
