For over 18 years, Tenniel Brown, B.A., M.S.W., R.S.W. has been working collaboratively with diverse clients to transform the impact of oppression and inequity. She is a passionate anti-oppression and anti-racism speaker, facilitator, and leadership coach, dedicated to improving the experience of marginalized people in all institutional settings. Tenniel is the founder and co-owner of the Centre for Anti-Oppressive Communication which specializes in providing trauma informed organizational consultation and training. She also co-owns Browns Consulting with her husband Kadeem Marcus Brown.

For over 15 years, Marcus Brown has been involved in growing and sustaining many successful small businesses and increasing wealth for his clients. Kadeem is an experienced financial manager specialized in financial advising, organizational logistics, strategic planning, training, and fiscal responsibility. Kadeem has completed studies at Ryerson University in business management and business law. Kadeem’s work and lived experience in a variety of settings has enabled him to develop expert knowledge in the provision of personal and couples financial coaching and small business financial consulting.
