Shale Lapping obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, his MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and his law degree from the University of Chicago. Prior to the investment field, Shale practiced corporate law for six years, specializing in a broad range of legal and investment issues that impact various types of trust funds. Shale began working directly with the investment community in 1989, when he joined the firm that served as the processor to IPEX. Shale was vice president of that firm for seven years and has been president of IPEX since the firm’s inception.

Jeff Schultz is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Bremer and holds a B.S. in Finance from St Cloud State University, is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and an Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM). Jeff has been in financial services since 2003 and with Bremer since 2007. Jeff has served on the Willmar Area Community Foundation Board and Development Committee for 4 years. In his spare time he enjoys doing anything his 8-year old son, Teddy, is interested in at the moment. He is also a running enthusiast and is attempting to run 2020 miles this year in an effort to raise money for WACF’s Opportunity Gap Fund and Miles4Mentors, a Willmar-based non-profit.
