While attending the University of Ottawa, she co-founded Civic Ottawa, which provided youth with succinct and accessible information from every candidate in the Ottawa-Vanier and Ottawa-Centre ridings for the 2019 federal election, aiming to increase youth civic engagement. Dolly became a member of FVC when she saw the gross discrepancy between the government that Canadians voted for and the one they got in 2019. She’s particularly passionate about the inextricable links that climate change, intersectional feminism, and poverty have with PR.
