Donald W. Kramer
Chair of the Nonprofit Law Group @Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP
Mr. Kramer has more than 40 years of experience dealing with the concerns of nonprofit organizations, not only as a lawyer, but also as a teacher, writer, publisher, and board member. Mr. Kramer is editor and publisher of Don Kramer's Nonprofit Issues®, a national electronic newsletter and website of "Nonprofit Law You Need to Know" (www.nonprofitissues.com.), which he started at Montgomery, McCracken in 1989. He writes and lectures frequently on nonprofit legal issues, and has taught courses on nonprofit organization law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania, and Eastern University. He has worked with nonprofit organizations of all types and sizes, helping structure start-up situations and restructure multi-organizational social service, health and educational systems. A graduate of Princeton University, he earned his law degree from Harvard Law School.
Jennifer Gomez

Jennifer Gomez, Esq. is an attorney licensed in Florida and New York, as well as a partner at WFP Law. She assists clients on all matters related to estate planning including wills and trusts, charitable planning, retirement planning, asset protection, tax planning, estate administration, and business planning. She has devoted her life to helping people protect what matters most to them. She believes in giving individuals and families peace of mind through preventative planning. Ms. Gomez is a Florida native residing in Palm Beach County. She gives back to the community serving on nonprofit boards for organizations such as Community Greening, Mission United, St. Joseph's Episcopal Church, and Tomorrow’s Rainbow. Ms. Gomez frequently lectures on important legal topics for educational and civic organizations. She is a foster caregiver with Coastal Poodle Rescue and the mom of Roger, a rescue Bernedoodle.
Philip DiComo

Mr. DiComo serves as outside counsel to businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profit institutions. He concentrates his practice in the area of emerging companies and general corporate law, including non-profit organizations. Mr. DiComo’s representation of exempt organizations ranges from serving as outside general counsel providing guidance on a broad range of governance matters as well as business and donor agreements, to reviewing commercial co-venture arrangements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships to guiding non-profit mergers and other complex transactions. Prior to his law practice, Mr. DiComo had more than 15 years of communication, fund development and executive management experience primarily in the not-for-profit sector. Mr. DiComo, a member of the Florida Bar, serves as a director of Nonprofits First, Inc., and as a director of the Palm Beach County Cultural Council. He also serves on the American Bar Association’s Non-Profit Law Committee.

Daniela F. Cimo is a staff attorney at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. (LSGMI) where she provides transactional legal services, legal education, and technical support to community-based nonprofits and other small and start-up businesses. Daniela earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from the George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs. Daniela is a member of the Florida and D.C. Bars. She serves as the Young Lawyer Committee Pro Bono Chair for the ABA Business Law Section.

Jeff is a lawyer, author, and speaker who has a passion for helping others. He is the managing attorney for Lawyers4Nonprofits. Jeff is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida. He holds graduate degrees in both social work and law and has more than 20 years of experience working at nonprofit organizations in a variety of direct-service and management roles. His work focuses on the legal issues impacting tax-exempt organizations and their programs, including corporate law & governance issues, fundraising compliance, and tax issues.
