Yin/Vinyasa or other Mindful Practices: Power of Three: Flow, Meditate, Journal

This dynamic class includes three powerful awareness practices: 30 minutes of movement, 10 minutes of meditation, and 5 minutes of journal response. A different theme is thoughtfully woven through each class as an invitation for further reflection. Encouraged props include: yoga blocks, pillow to support for seated meditation, and pen and paper for physical connection while journaling.
Bethany Goodson (RYT 500) grew up in NY, received her yoga training in Denver, and currently lives in Raleigh. She teaches vinyasa, yin, align & flow, foundations, kids, and hot yoga, but she primarily teaches awareness and self-connection.
Bethany keeps coming back to her mat because it’s there that she feels completely free to be herself. As a teacher, her desire is to create the opportunity for you to experience that same sense of personal wholeness and belonging.
