Turkey Webinar on Market Developments and Opportunities

GlobalConnect@SBF, an initiative of the Singapore Business and the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Investment Office will co-organize a webinar for the Singapore Business Community to provide an overview of the Turkish economy and opportunities in the post COVID-19 era. The webinar will outline most up-to-date information on Turkey’s fight against the pandemic and speakers will share the details of the roadmap of Turkey’s economic policy after the outbreak, the various incentives for companies to do business and investment in Turkey.

Turkey, with its advantageous geographic, positions itself in the global value chain by leveraging its logistical advantage, offering lower labor costs and flexible production capabilities. There are emerging opportunities in High Tech Industries and Manufacturing that include automotive, food processing, ICT, consumer goods, electronics, fintech and e-commerce.

Turkey is being utilized as a manufacturing, export and management hub by international investors and has been able to attract more than USD1.2 billion of investment from Singapore.
