Veronica Fuller is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator with over 20 years of academic clinical research experience. She has extensive experience managing and monitoring all phases of clinical trials from study start up to completion. Veronica leveraged her diverse clinical research background to quickly excel and became a Local Enrollment Specialist Manager at CSSi. Veronica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Howard University.
Ryan Haynes
Executive Director of Clinical Solutions @CSSi - Patient Recruitment
As the Executive Director of Clinical Solutions, Ryan is responsible for client consultation, strategic clinical solutions development, and oversight of client deliverables. Previously, Ryan was the Director of CSSi’s Site Management Solutions (SMS) division, assisting with the clinical operations process for Sponsors, CROs and sites in which he was responsible for clinical trial design, site and patient feasibility, study startup and operations management. Ryan has been involved in over 300 clinical study programs in over 30 therapeutic areas while at CSSi. Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Arlene Posadas

Arlene Posadas is an ACRP certified professional with 18 years of clinical research experience in a variety of different roles including Clinical Research Coordinator, Regulatory Specialist, Billing and Contract Specialist, Research Office Manager and Local Enrollment Specialist. Arlene has been a research coordinator for over 40 clinical research studies, phase 2 through phase 4, across multiple therapeutic areas (Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Geriatrics, Endocrinology, Pulmonology and Primary Care). Arlene received her CCRC certification from ACRP in 2008 while working as one of the Senior Clinical Research Coordinators at Centennial Medical Research Center. Arlene also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University, Valenzuela Philippines in 1993. She has maintained ICH and GCP training and certifications from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative program.
