Mindfulness
The general principles of mindfulness are acceptance, purpose, and doing what needs to be done. When we connect to our breath, we create a moment of pause, a chance to restore. We let go of our busy-ness and stress. This helps with everything from de-escalating conflict to easing us into a good night's sleep. It allows time for insight and helps us move forward. This workshop will introduce the art of mindfulness, suggesting a simple, ongoing practice.
