The Institute's Wellness Meditation/Breathing Sessions

The sessions will occur every Wednesday from noon to 12:20pm, focusing on Breath as self care.

Please take a few minutes in the middle of your day to join others in relaxing.

By registering for this event you will receive confirmation for every Wednesday in June but please feel free to join any of the sessions based on your availability.
