In this mini series, hear from the founders about a different area of the POINT3 Wellbeing business and how it might benefit you and your business.
Launching in September to coincide with the budget planning period ahead of 2023, we will first explore how to get started with a wellbeing strategy and programme.
In October, we’ll move into workplace Mental Health training, to coincide with World Mental Health Day and in November, we’ll share more about our mindset training and other wellbeing experiences, from mindfulness to movement.
We hope you will join us live on Zoom (and take us on a short walk) but if not, these short 15 minute sessions will be recorded and shared on our website and via spotify.
