You're invited to join Madison Public Library Foundation for its next Educational Series virtual event, "Making the Most of Year-End Charitable Giving." on Friday, November 19, from noon–1 p.m.
More than one-third of all charitable gifts in the U.S. are made in December. Our panel of experts will discuss the best strategies for maximizing your end-of-year donations, including tax-saving tips such as contributing from an IRA or gifting stock; taking advantage of matching gift opportunities; securing company matching gifts; honoring or memorializing a loved one; and more.
The panel participants will include:
Laura Murray, Financial Advisor at Baird – The Murray Nemeckay Group
Jessica Mac Naughton, Partner and CPA at Wipfli LLP
Sheila Boothby Stevens, Partner and estate planning attorney at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP
Our moderator will be Angela Davis, Development Director at Madison Community Foundation.
A Q&A will follow the panel. Please submit your questions in advance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
