John Williford

John Williford has a decade of experience in investment banking, bond underwriting, and capital markets. Prior to joining JE Dunn Capital Partners, John was an investment banker with Herbert J. Sims, Inc. Preceding that role, he worked as municipal underwriting investment banker at FHN Financial, the investment banking arm of First Tennessee Bank. John began his career at Public Financial Management where he served as an analyst in the firm’s Quantitative Strategies Group and Financial Advisory Practice. Throughout the course of his career, he has closed on over $3.5 billion in bond financings. Located in Dallas, TX, John joins the team to focus on growing the Public Private Partnerships nationally, with a primary focus in the South Central Region. He brings a unique background to the team with a history of working in the public and private sectors and utilizing unique financing mechanisms to result in the optimal structure for clients.
Stephanie Few
Partner @Womble Bond Dickinson
Stephanie works closely with domestic and international companies seeking to expand or relocate operations to the Carolinas and the Southeastern United States. Her efforts on behalf of clients have led to the creation of thousands of new jobs and billions of dollars in new investments. She works with new and expanding businesses in identifying and negotiating all aspects of a complete incentive package, advocating before the proper entities during all phases of the incentive approval process and drafting all related documentation for Fee-in-Lieu of Tax Agreements, state grants, job tax credits, job development credits, utility grants and many other economic development incentives and grants. She advises clients in general tax and corporate matters.
Daniel Prentice
Chief Financial Officer @Dorchester County
Daniel Prentice has served as Deputy Administrator and Chief Financial Officer of Dorchester County since August, 2016. He manages several departments throughout the County to include the Assessor’s Office, Information Technology Services, Facilities Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Risk Management, and Capital Projects. He also oversees the Business Services Department which is comprised of Finance, Budget & Revenue, and Purchasing divisions. Additionally, he serves as the County liaison to the several elected and appointed officials including the Auditor, Treasurer, Register of Deeds, and Delinquent Tax Collector. Prior to joining Dorchester County, he held the role of Budget Manager for the Town of Mount Pleasant and has over eight years of public sector, finance, and management experience. He was responsible for the development and administration of both the operating and capital budgets for Mount Pleasant, including oversight of the five-year Capital Improvement Plan.
