Florida Talks Information Webinar: Summer and Fall 2023 Programs
Join Florida Humanities staff for a webinar about our redesigned Florida Talks program! We will cover the new application and hosting process and answer your questions.

This webinar is designed for:
• Florida organizations constituted for nonprofit purposes, cultural organizations, city and county governments, and colleges and universities
• Organizations interested in hosting a Florida Humanities speaker in their community
• Eligible organizations unsure if this program is right for them

Florida Talks is one of Florida Humanities’ longest-running public programs. Our current speakers’ directory features more than exceptional scholars, journalists, authors, and humanities experts and over sixty brand new and returning programs. Florida Talks offers nonprofit organizations across the state an accessible way to host engaging speakers who present Florida’s history, heritage, and culture through historical and contemporary lenses.

Florida Humanities is the statewide, nonprofit partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities, and is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and sharing the history, literature, culture, and personal stories that offer Floridians a better understanding of themselves, their communities, and their state.
