A graduate of Boston University in Broadcasting and Film, Thean-jeen is currently Managing Director of Singapore-based content creation and production company, Weiyu Films. Olivia Griselda (Writer, Director & Producer ) Olivia Griselda is a Singapore-based, Indonesia-born writer, director and producer. She most recently directed “Rite of Passage”, a dance short film that was shot as part of Cinemovement Laboratory 6: Solo in Indonesia. The film is an official selection of Athens International Film & Video Festival 2021 (U.S.A.) and Minikino Film Week's Bali International Short Film Festival 2021 (Indonesia). She directed, wrote and produced romantic comedy short film “Just Because We’re Friends”, which premiered in Minikino Film Week’s Bali International Short Film Festival 2019. Her YouTube comedy web series “Alice Wants a Date” was successfully crowdfunded through Indiegogo. Over the last six years, she has worked on publicity and digital marketing campaigns for BBC StoryWorks and Asian Food Channel. Olivia graduated from Singapore Management University, majoring in marketing and psychology. Besides filmmaking, she has recently been doing stand-up comedy. Gosteloa Spancer (Actor ) Spancer Gosteloa made his professional acting debut in Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogman and went on to multiple supporting and episodic main characters in local broadcasting channel long-form drama productions like Tanglin. Following this, he landed his first lead role in the Mediacorp Vasantham drama series Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithal leading to multiple other main cast characters and hosting his first travelogue, Thinna Thinna Aasai. In 2020, He played a lead role in Vasantham's most-watched local drama, NAAM (over 1 million views in Youtube). He also saw success in a multi-award-winning short film called Dark Light which came 2nd place in Zee Tamil, 2nd place in Viddsee Juree awards, and the best actor award in the 7th National Youth Film Awards. Other than acting, in the last two years he has also produced, art directed, and assistant directed. Jedidiah Huang (Screenwriter & Playwright ) Jedidah Huang is a screenwriter and playwright. His debut short film, Tidal Swing was nominated for Best Sound Design and Best Cinematography at Point and Shoot 2020. It was also featured at the Asia Rising Film Festival 2021. His debut stage play, Lion, was produced by Toy Factory Productions at the Gateway Theatre to a sold-out audience. He is currently a writer on two TV shows for Omens Studio and Oak3 Films. He also dabbles in spoken word poetry and was the winner of the Goh Sin Tub Creative Writing Competition in 2019. Kannan Chandran (Publisher @www.storm-asia.com) Kannan Chandran started off as a newspaper journalist, reporting on the media industry as it shifted from print to other platforms. As the Managing Editor of Magazines Inc, he worked with teams of colleagues and principals in the region to publish a stable of magazines, including The Peak and other lifestyle and business publications for organizations like American Express, Singapore Airlines, Mercedes-Benz and the Inchcape Group. In 2000 he started E-Quill Media, working on publications for various corporations like Chevron, INSEAD, InterContinental Hotels Group, and BMW. He launched the award-winning STORM magazine in 2009 offering various perspectives on current issues. In late 2016, STORM went fully digital, and as STORM-ASIA.COM it continues to comment on issues through articles and events, like the regular twice-monthly WED WEB CHAT. Kannan has been decorated by the government of Chile. He also helped establish Mensa (Singapore).
