After completing her MSc (Medical Science) in her hometown of Auckland, New Zealand, she moved to the Netherlands (via the UK) where she completed her doctoral degree in medical microbiology at the UMC Utrecht. Her research focuses on the important upper respiratory tract commensal (and potential pathogen) Streptococcus pneumoniae, primarily in regards to determining its true presence in the healthy population and the implications this has for vaccine policy and development. Since March she has been working with the Yale IMPACT Research Team, where she identified saliva as an alterative sample type for SARS-CoV-2 detection. She has since lead the development of SalivaDirect, a simple and scalable test for COVID-19. Jayshri Bullen (Regional Sales Manager @Masimo Australia) Jayshri is a Regional Sales Manager at Masimo, where she leads the NSW-ACT and VIC-TAS sales teams, and works closely with the clinical team as well customers, to help improve patient outcomes. Jayshri has over 17 years experience in the MedTech industry, starting as a design engineer for Fisher & Paykel Healthcare before transitioning into sales. Jayshri has been in commercial leadership positions for over 9 years at market leading MedTech companies, such as LifeHealthcare, NuVasive and most recently Masimo. Jayshri holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Honours) from the University of Auckland and a Masters of Biomedical Engineering from UNSW. Craig Longstaff - BCom MBA FIML (General Manager @Intrahealth Australia) Craig Longstaff is the General Manager for Intrahealth across the Asia Pacific region. He has been involved in Intrahealth’s growth since 2001 and part of the executive team that saw the expansion of Intrahealth into Australia and Canada. Craig has functioned in a variety of roles for Intrahealth including Project Management, Organisational Development, Project Governance and Senior Management positions. He has been involved in a number of highly successful health transformation projects in Defence, Prisons and Universities. He is currently leading the New Zealand and Australian teams through a phase of growth and localised product innovations to ensure Intrahealth remains at the forefront of customer and market oriented solutions. Craig is passionate about supporting great teams to achieve longstanding outcomes.
