SR 520 Portage Bay NTMP Public Meeting
Thank you for your interest in the Portage Bay Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (NTMP) process!

Construction of the Portage Bay Bridge & Roanoke Lid Project is set to begin in 2024 and will last approximately six years. Construction will cause some disruption for drivers, cyclists, pedestrians and transit riders traveling through the work area. WSDOT and the city of Seattle are currently collaborating to develop the Portage Bay NTMP. The NTMP will identify planned and potential traffic management measures on neighborhood streets (both temporary and permanent) through SR 520 Program design, and future city projects and plans in the Portage Bay area.

During the meeting we will:
- Share results from the recent neighborhood traffic survey
- Review the draft NTMP and preliminary list of traffic management measures
- Hear your questions/concerns about local traffic issues
- Begin a two-week public comment period

You can join the meeting from a computer, tablet, or mobile device. During the meeting you'll be able to type in your questions or you can email them to us ahead of time. We welcome your feedback and look forward to your participation!
