As the leader of a Continuing Education, Community Education, Professional Development, or Workforce Development unit, you are responsible for ensuring that your unit has the tools needed to work efficiently, engage your students, and provide statistical data to inform your long-range planning.
Whether you are hands on or hands off, you should understand the software package that is responsible for recording and reporting the registrations and money brought in to the department. If you know about your registration system, its capabilities and how it can be used, you can be sure it’s being leveraged to help your department reach its goals.
This session is designed to give you the opportunity to get to know your software for those who are new(er) to your role and get to know your software better for those that need to catch up. As an added benefit, we will open the mics to allow you to meet your fellow administrators who use the software. This will be an informal discussion so grab a cup of coffee and sit around a virtual table with us to discuss your registration software!

Did you Know This (About ACEware) We’ll share the many reports available through Student Manager and ACEweb, the many self-service tools for your students, the current integrations with third party content providers, and tools for your instructors.
Key Administrative Reports Available We will highlight the Top Five (or so) reports you should know about and listen to your reporting needs.
