Core values impact how leaders address employees, communicate with their team, and convey empathy in the current workplace environment. Once leaders have identified their core values, how are those values applied to help employees and support the workplace culture? The workplace is adapting to lasting changes set forth by 2020 events that may affect company culture and employee well-being. Employees may be feeling a variety of emotions about the current state of uncontrollable factors. Because of this, business leaders need to make sure company culture stays positive around uniting the workforce and practicing ongoing empathy.
