This course offers mindful ways to reduce stress and find more ease in our daily life. Practices, guided meditations and talks from an experienced mindfulness teacher, accompany you in a caring and supportive way over the course of eight weeks.
A weekly meeting followed by hands on ideas for daily life, that will support you to find more calm, clarity and ease.
Webinars are for 1 hour per week for 8 weeks. There will be the opportunity for Q&A's at the end of the sessions.
