SBLO is the position identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation as the person responsible for the Small Business and Subcontracting Program for an entity receiving government contract. In this capacity, Jea’s responsibility is to manage Electric Boat’s Small Business/Subcontracting and Supplier Diversity Program. Jea’s tenure at GD EB began as Material Planner, managing inventory of Electrical components and major Electrical assemblies. Transitioned as the GD EB SBLO in 2010.
